Lindsey graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Since beginning her healthcare career in 2010, she has gained extensive experience in critical care, including the ICU, Emergency Department, PACU, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Electrophysiology. This strong medical foundation allows her to deliver aesthetic treatments with an exceptional focus on safety, precision, and patient care.
With years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Lindsey specializes in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, advanced skin rejuvenation, medical weight loss, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Bonnie Rowland. Bonnie earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Arkansas State University Three Rivers and has been a Registered Nurse since 2018.
She is an experienced and passionate nurse who is now dedicated to helping individuals enhance their natural beauty and boost their self-confidence.
Bonnie believes in the importance of personalized care, taking the time to understand each patient's unique goals and concerns. From facial rejuvenation treatments to non-surgical body contouring, Bonnie provides a range of advanced aesthetic procedures designed to achieve natural-looking results. She takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment where patients can feel at ease throughout their aesthetic journey.
Beyond her technical skills, Bonnie is known for her compassionate nature and ability to build lasting relationships with patients. Bonnie’s nursing background is in geriatrics where she worked the past 8 years.
When Bonnie isn't busy transforming lives and helping patients achieve their desired aesthetic goals, she enjoys MWMH true crime podcast, kayaking, crafting, and spending time with her family.
Patient Care Coordinator
Patience Campbell is the Patient Care Coordinator at Flawless Med Spa and is often the first friendly face to greet patients when they walk through the door. She has a strong background in the insurance, food, and service industry, where she discovered her love for helping people and creating meaningful, positive experiences. Those years taught her the importance of patience, attentiveness, and genuine care—qualities that she now brings to every interaction with patients.
Outside of work, Patience enjoys staying active in the gym, spending time with family and friends, cooking new things, and finding new ways to bring positivity and care into everything she does!
In her role at Flawless Med Spa, Patience ensures each guest’s experience is seamless from start to finish. She assists with scheduling, answers questions, and guides patients through their treatment journey, all while making them feel comfortable, confident, and supported.
Patience is passionate about aesthetics and the impact it can have on a person’s confidence and overall well-being. She is always eager to continue learning and growing in the field so she can provide even better support for both patients and providers.
Registered Nurse
Flawless Med Spa’s Licensed Registered Nurse, Rachal Pendergrass, earned her degrees in nursing right here in Central Arkansas at Baptist Health College and UALR.
Rachal has a wealth of expertise in providing care in the areas of cardiovascular intensive care, cardiology, general
pediatric, cardiac post anesthesia, and perioperative care.
With this knowledge and experience, her patients feel confident and comfortable under her care knowing she can help them be the best version of themselves.
Rachal is passionate about everyone around her loving the skin they’re in, which naturally led her into a career in aesthetics. She believes in the power of confidence and helps build this confidence in her patients through individualized plans that are specific to their personal needs.
Dedication to continuous education and safety are of highest importance to Rachal as the world of aesthetics is ever changing and improving.
Outside of work, Rachal loves spending quality time with her husband and six children while traveling the world, cheering on their sports teams, and so much more!

Paige is a proud mom to two beautiful girls, an angel boy who forever holds a special place in her heart, and a devoted wife. Family is truly the heart of everything I do — they are my greatest motivation and the reason I pour so much love and dedication into every area of my life.
For the past 10 years, she has had the honor of working as an ICU Registered Nurse. It's a role that's taught her strength, compassion, and resilience. Caring for others in their most critical moments has been deeply fulfilling and has shaped the nurse - and woman - she is today.
Starting an exciting new chapter of her career as a Certified Nurse Injector. Aesthetics has always been a passion, and she is beyond thrilled to combine her clinical expertise with her love for helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. This journey is about so much more than appearance — it's about self-love, empowerment, and enhancing natural beauty in a way that feels authentic and uplifting.
